Renolit REPLEX Series lithium complex greases are premier products and represent the most advanced lubricating grease technology. They are top-of-the-line quality products for severe applications and general- purpose lubrication.Renolit REPLEX Series greases are superior premium quality lubricants for use in extreme pressure and high temperature operating conditions. They are manufactured from carefully selected petroleum oils and lithium complex soap to create grease, which have dropping points higher than 260C (500F) or about 93C (200F) higher than many conventional high quality multipurpose greases. They are smooth textured, and have a heavy bodied consistency but provide good pumpability in both hot and cold operating temperatures. They have excellent resistance to water and water washout problems. Oil separation is minimal even under extreme conditions. Heat cycling tests produce only a minor change in consistency. All Renolit REPLEX Series grades are formulated with special lubricity, anti-wear, and extreme pressure additives and are completely fortified with rust and corrosion inhibitors.Renolit REPLEX Series greases are recommended for all types of bearing and sliding applications, for shock loading, pounding, rough automotive chassis usage and high industrial loads.
